About this role
Responsibilities
- Execute client orders in line with company policies, trading standards, and CySEC regulations
- Monitor trading operations and market risks; identify anomalies in pricing and order execution
- Ensure best execution monitoring and maintain accurate trade records for audits and compliance
- Prepare, validate, and submit EMIR and MiFIR regulatory reports on time
- Monitor trading infrastructure performance and promptly escalate technical issues
- Work with MT4/MT5 Manager/Admin, configure and support Bridge
- Provide operational support for trading platforms to internal teams and clients
- Participate in technical system updates and support financial software administration
- Conduct daily and monthly P&L analysis, providing insights to management
- Perform market analysis (fundamental and technical) to support dealing operations
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and IT teams to ensure process accuracy and adherence to internal policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in trading, dealing desk, or financial market operations is required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
- CySEC Advanced Certificate - required or readiness to obtain within the first months
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and execution models (STP / Market Maker)
- Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5, Bridge setup
- Knowledge of EMIR and MiFIR reporting processes and regulatory standards
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting automation); SQL knowledge is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under time pressure
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Fluent English (Advanced/Proficient) - written and spoken
