What will I be doing?

• Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on
• Headhunting candidates to place onto your clients' projects
• Building and maintaining relationships
• Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent
• Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews and delivering offers
• Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, with current employees travelling to all across Europe to meet their clients!

 

What do I need?

• You live in or around Amsterdam
• You speak German or Dutch and can communicate well in English
• You have experience in sales and communication
• Above-average motivation, ambition, proactivity and determination
• Ideally, you have already worked in B2B sales or in similar positions
• You are open to new challenges and want to utilise your sales experience in a dynamic and exciting industry
