About this role

We are looking for a  Trainer who will be responsible for the line management, growth and motivation of the  account manager team.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English written and spoken

  • Proactive person with good support/sales skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Problem Solving skills 

  • Attention to details

  • Previous experience will be considered as an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding newly hired account managers

  • Checking Account managers day to day work 

  • Making sure account managers are setting the stage for an excellent client experience 

  • Monitoring  account manager performance & behavior 

  • Ensuring that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
