Proficiency in English written and spoken
Proactive person with good support/sales skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Attention to details
Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
Onboarding newly hired account managers
Checking Account managers day to day work
Making sure account managers are setting the stage for an excellent client experience
Monitoring account manager performance & behavior
Ensuring that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
