Treasury Systems Junior Analyst

Ebury Leon Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

This position will work within the Treasury team, interact constantly with the cash management, reporting and reconciliations team, and report to the Group Head of Treasury Systems and Projects. 

The Treasury Systems Team's role is to support and maintain the Treasury systems and interfaced applications daily. It is our responsibility to ensure that any issues are investigated and resolved on time, whilst supporting the Tech and Product functions of Ebury in delivering enhanced functionality to the teams that utilise the system.

What you’ll do

  • Helping maintain the integrity of Treasury core systems, interfaces, and environments is a constant priority.
  • Performing the correct configuration of Quantum, Finastra, 360T, FXALL, FXGo and Smarttrade to support the business.
  • Monitoring data integrity and the completeness, accuracy and availability of core systems data. 
  • Proactively investigate and escalate failures in the systems
  • Supporting the Treasury Systems Manager in maintaining the appropriate governance in place for changes and enhancements that are made to Treasury infrastructure.
  • Supporting project deliverables, working with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Diligent, with good attention to detail and an analytic mind
  • IT or business education will be valued
  • Proactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressure
  • Working successfully in a target-driven operational environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Co-operative and comfortable working in a team environment
  • Curious and eager to learn, and actively asks questions to confirm understanding of processes and procedures
  • Adaptable, with the ability to cope with changing products, processes, and procedures
  • A proactive problem-solver who possesses the analytical curiosity to investigate system discrepancies
  • Motivated, with a desire to make Ebury a success
  • Fluent in English
  • An understanding of financial markets is a plus
