Are you a visionary content leader with a passion for cutting-edge visual storytelling? The Burson Group LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President, Content Production to lead our creative efforts and drive high-impact content across diverse media channels.

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, shaping our visual narrative from concept to delivery. You will spearhead the creation of stunning animations, motion graphics, and video content using industry-leading tools like After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender. Beyond technical mastery, you will lead, mentor, and inspire a team, implementing training programs in the latest software and production techniques.

You will be instrumental in crafting strategic storyboards, scripts, and comprehensive content plans in close collaboration with internal teams and clients. This role demands a strategic mind capable of leading external marketing campaigns by integrating the latest trends in social media, digital platforms, and interactive content. You'll also manage our full-scale video and production studio, overseeing complex multi-camera setups, live streaming, and intricate post-production workflows. If you thrive on exploring and integrating emerging interactive media formats and developing high-quality outputs for new business pitches and internal communications, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Create and execute high impact content across various media channels.
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender to produce high-quality animations and motion graphics.
  • Implement training programs in the latest software, production techniques, and content trends for the team.
  • Create strategic storyboards, scripts, and content plans in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Lead the production of external marketing campaigns by leveraging the latest trends in social media, digital platforms, and interactive content into creative strategies.
  • Manage full-scale video and production studio, large-scale productions, including multi-camera setups, live streaming, and post-production.
  • Explore and integrate the latest advancements in video editing and design software, as well as emerging interactive media formats.
  • Develop presentations, newsletters, and video content to facilitate internal communications initiatives. Produce high-quality and creative outputs for new business pitches

Experience that contributes to success:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Film and Television, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive, related work experience.
  • Must have five (5) years of experience with/in: 
  • Video production, graphic design, animation, photography, and creative direction;
  • Utilizing video production tools: After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender
  • Using professional camera equipment: Sony, Arri, and RED
  • Video editing software: Premiere Pro, DaVinci, and Final Cut
  • Creating impactful designs and presentations using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Applying CMYK, PANTONE, and RAL print processes to ensure precise color matching for print materials
  • Multi-camera setups, live streaming, and content editing for digital, social, and broadband platforms;
  • Managing large-scale productions across various media channels, with a focus on corporate strategy, PR, and marketing
  • Producing branded video content, social media assets, and designs for digital and print

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Salary: $139,630.00/Year
  • Work Arrangement: Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule, as determined by the employer.
  • Travel: Up to 5% regional and domestic travel required.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range between:
$139,630—$139,630 USD
