
Led the management and development of gamification mechanics for VIP players, generating and launching engaging concepts such as lootbox maps, mini-games, and scratch cards with both online and offline rewards;
Design and execution of VIP-focused tournaments, alongside managing CRM bonus campaigns and user communications to maximize engagement;
Continuously monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, driving iterative improvements, and optimize results through data-driven decisions;
Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and key product metrics, and extract actionable insights from each launch;
Implement deep segmentation of VIP players to deliver highly personalized gamification experiences;
Collaborate cross-functionally with VIP Account Managers, Product Content Managers, VIP CRM, Marketing, Design, Sponsorship, and Brand teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Proven experience as a CRM, Retention or Gamification Manager in Online Gambling products;
Experience with different CRM systems is a must (Smartico etc);
Work experience with VIP audience;
Focus on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty (B2C);
Experience with user segmentations;
Experience with analytics tools;
Experience working with cross-functional teams;
Fluent in setting up bonus offers (free spins, cashbacks, deposit bonuses);
English - Upper-Intermediate or higher;
Spanish will be a plus.
