Duties and Responsibilities:
- Onboarding newly hired VIP account managers
- Checking VIP Account manager day to day work
- Making sure VIP Account managers are setting the stage for an excellent player experience
- Monitoring VIP account manager performance & behaviour
- Ensuring that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
