Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate II is responsible for executing core warehouse operations with increased independence and efficiency. This role includes inventory management, order fulfillment, and operation of warehouse equipment while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The position also supports process improvements and assists in training less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Organize and maintain inventory using warehouse management systems.
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders in alignment with customer and company requirements.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
  • Ensure products are properly packaged and pallets are safely and neatly stacked.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and audits.
  • Prepare documentation and materials for shipping and internal processes.
  • Support cross-functional warehouse activities, including logistics and inventory projects.
  • Assist in training and guiding Warehouse Associate I team members as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with inventory systems and warehouse processes.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (or willingness to be trained).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs).
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
