Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Workforce Experience & Development Specialist is responsible for the execution and delivery of workforce-related activities, including training coordination, employee and contractor experience, HR operations support, workforce mobility, and compliance processes. This role ensures a high-quality workforce experience across the full lifecycle, supporting employees and contractors deployed across client projects while maintaining compliance with organisational standards and international regulations.
Responsibilities:
Support the execution of workforce training and development programs
Deliver employee and contractor engagement initiatives and support activities
Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and internal procedures
Support payroll processes, benefits administration, and HR systems maintenance
Coordinate contractor onboarding, deployment, relocation, and offboarding
Assist with visa applications, work permits, and international mobility processes
Support security vetting and clearance application processes
Maintain accurate workforce data, records, and documentation in HR systems
Track workforce metrics including engagement, retention, and performance
Act as a point of contact for workforce-related queries and support requests
Support alignment of workforce activities with business and client requirements
