Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Workforce Experience & Development Specialist is responsible for the execution and delivery of workforce-related activities, including training coordination, employee and contractor experience, HR operations support, workforce mobility, and compliance processes.  This role ensures a high-quality workforce experience across the full lifecycle, supporting employees and contractors deployed across client projects while maintaining compliance with organisational standards and international regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of workforce training and development programs

  • Deliver employee and contractor engagement initiatives and support activities

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and internal procedures

  • Support payroll processes, benefits administration, and HR systems maintenance

  • Coordinate contractor onboarding, deployment, relocation, and offboarding

  • Assist with visa applications, work permits, and international mobility processes

  • Support security vetting and clearance application processes

  • Maintain accurate workforce data, records, and documentation in HR systems

  • Track workforce metrics including engagement, retention, and performance

  • Act as a point of contact for workforce-related queries and support requests

  • Support alignment of workforce activities with business and client requirements

Functional Areas:

  • Workforce Support
    • Coordination and execution of workforce lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding coordination, documentation management, employee and contractor support, and HR record maintenance
  • Learning & Development
    • Support delivery of training and capability development initiatives, including training coordination, tracking completion, supporting learning programs, and maintaining training records
  • Engagement & Experience
    • Support workforce engagement and experience initiatives through employee and contractor communication, engagement activities, feedback collection, and experience support
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and legal requirements through payroll and benefits support, HR system updates, compliance checks, and policy adherence
  • Workforce Mobility & Security
    • Support international mobility and security processes, including visa and work permit coordination, relocation support, contractor deployment, and security clearance processing
  • Specialisation
    • Develop subject matter expertise in a defined area, including Learning & Development, Talent Success, HR Operations, Mobility & Compliance, or Security Clearances

    • HR data accuracy and system update timeliness

    • Workforce retention rates and contractor continuity

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2 years in HR operations, workforce support, or employee experience
  • Skills & Expertise
    • Experience in training support, HR processes, workforce coordination, compliance, and employee relations
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or HR business partnering
  • Right to Work
    • Candidate must have the Right to Work (RTM) in Spain
  • Citizenship / Nationality
    • Must have citizenship or nationality of one of the 32 NATO nations
