Team

The Customer Communications team at Raisin works in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on continuously improving the customer journey. As part of the team, you’ll support the optimisation of transactional and marketing messaging and help implement new ideas and features across different marketing channels.

We have an established multi-channel strategy, with everything set up and managed in one tool so we can deliver a unified and personalised customer experience across all digital touchpoints. You’ll also collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company and help implement technical solutions for customers in more than 10 markets.


Your Responsibilities

You will work very closely with team members across different countries and channels. In particular, you will have the chance to:

  • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel transactional and marketing messages (e.g. email, web layers, surveys, SMS, push notifications, etc.) across different countries.
  • Brief, set up and manage campaign assets, and assist with the creation of customer segments.
  • Support the monitoring, analysis, reporting and documentation of campaign automations.
  • Align with different stakeholders on campaign scope, messaging and testing.
  • Implement, update and monitor product catalogues.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master student who’s excited to gain hands-on experience in the CRM Tech field (e.g. Business, Economics, Marketing, Management, Data/Analytics, Information Systems, or similar).
  • First experience with CRM tools (Bloomreach, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus or you’re genuinely curious about how customer journeys, segmentation, and automated messaging work behind the scenes.
  • You are creative and motivated.
