About this role
Lucid Motors is seeking motivated and reliable Working Students to join our car sales studio in Munich. This part-time hourly based role (maximum 20 hours per week) offers a great way to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry, supporting daily operations and enhancing customer experiences.
The Role
- Engage in lead generation activities both on-site and off-site
- Support local events and assist with event coordination and lead generation
- Ensure the studio and it’s vehicles reflect Lucid's premium standards, including cleanliness and maintenance
- Shuttle vehicles between locations and provide pick-up and drop-off services for customers
- Conduct test drives, sharing the excitement of driving a Lucid vehicle with potential customers
- Assist with customer consultations and sales conversations, ensuring excellent service
- Provide delivery support, ensuring smooth vehicle handovers
Qualifications
- Passion for automotive
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail
- Valid local driver's license required
- Flexibility for occasional weekend work
- Fluent communication skills in German
