Working Student Talent Acquisition (m/w/d)

At Alpine Eagle, we’re building the future of counter-drone defence. We’re a fast-growing, international deep-tech company working at the intersection of aerospace engineering, defence systems, and machine learning. Our goal: create the world’s first swarm-based, airborne counter-drone system.

 

🎯 How you will make an impact:

• Support the end-to-end recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles

• Proactively identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter Active Search

• Draft, publish, and continuously optimize job postings for performance and visibility

• Conduct CV screening

• Coordinate interviews and act as a reliable point of contact for candidates throughout the process

• Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring pipelines in Greenhouse (ATS)

• Support recruiting-related projects, reporting, and process improvement

 

✅ What you need to be successful:

• Enrolled university student (business, psychology, HR, or a related field)

• Initial hands-on experience in HR, recruiting or talent acquisition is required

• Practical experience with Active Sourcing on LinkedIn is highly preferred

• Familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system is a strong plus

• Fluent in German and English

• Interest in technology-driven environments; prior exposure to tech or defense tech is a plus
