    • Strategic Publisher Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing local publishers, including key contacts at platforms like Yahoo and Line, and collaborate cross-functionally with local activations and investment teams to leverage these partnerships for SMB campaign growth.
    • Joint Business Partnership (JBP) Development & Negotiation: Provide strategic support and insights for JBP negotiations with publishers and other strategic partners, and actively negotiate and develop JBP programs (e.g., co-marketing initiatives, exclusive SMB packages) to expand campaign reach and effectiveness.
    • Publisher Product Integration & Optimization: Facilitate discussions with publishers regarding new feature updates, advertising product enhancements, and beta programs, and evaluate and integrate new media channels and advertising formats (e.g., native ads, display networks) for seamless SMB campaign execution.
    • Strategic Proposal Development & Compliance: Develop strategic proposals for new publisher collaborations that align with SMB campaign objectives, and analyze performance data while staying abreast of policy changes and advertising guidelines to ensure campaign compliance and maximize effectiveness across diverse platforms.

Local Market Expertise & Campaign Localization

    • Local Market Expertise & Keyword Localization: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for local market nuances and consumer behavior, conducting in-depth analysis of custom intent keywords to ensure strategies accurately reflect authentic local search patterns, cultural subtleties, and user intent beyond literal translations.
    • Strategic Application of Local Insights: Translate broad campaign objectives into locally relevant and highly effective keyword targeting strategies, and advise on the comprehensive integration of local insights across all campaign elements, including ad copy, creative assets, and landing page experiences.
    • Data-Driven Optimization & Consumer Journey Mapping: Continuously refine keyword sets and targeting parameters based on local performance data and evolving consumer trends, collaborating with data analytics teams to interpret insights, and developing a deep understanding of local consumer journeys to inform targeted campaign messaging.

Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement

  • Internal Knowledge Sharing & Case Study Development: Drive internal knowledge sharing by authoring or contributing to at least one internal case study per quarter, showcasing successful strategies and learnings.
